Digital Content Creator | Meeting Play, Remote

Position Responsibilities

The Digital Content Creator will be responsible for the creation, design and development of all digital content that extends the organization’s stories and outreach across relevant social and digital channels. The position is also an integral part of a team of MeetingPlay’s marketing department who is responsible for advancing the brand in the following areas:

  • Digital marketing to include social media management and content creation

  • Website content development

  • Writing news articles, video scripts, web and other marketing content

  • Video creation, editing, and production (25% of this position will be video related)

  • Strategic planning and event management

  • Media relations, to include media outreach and working with national and local media

  • Educational outreach initiatives

  • Photography and digital asset management

Position Qualifications

The ideal candidate will have strong video and design skills and be fluent in the fundamentals of digital marketing. In this team-based position, the Digital Content Creator will frequently collaborate with the leadership at MeetingPlay and will have the opportunity to work across all departments.

Candidate should have a bachelor’s degree in Digital Media, Visual Communication, Public
Relations, Journalism, Marketing, Graphic Design or related field and at least three years of industry experience. Knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite and graphic design experience is required.

Ability to work in a high paced work environment, as are the following skills and experience:

  • Industry experience (creative agency, digital marketing or production house)

  • Experience with brand storytelling and creation of engaging digital content for social media and other platforms

  • Experience with still photography, video editing, animation, motion graphics, location shooting, set design, and post-production (editing, coloring, audio engineering, titles, graphics, etc.)

  • High degree of proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite, including: Illustrator, Photoshop, After Effects

  • Fluent in social media trends and the landscape in general

  • Proven design experience for social media and all digital platforms, including: Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, YouTube, Web, blogs

  • Possess an engaging presentation style

  • Have strong interpersonal skills and an adaptable approach to work

  • Ability to work both autonomously and within a team in a fast-paced and deadline-oriented environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $45,000.00 per year

Remote Regional, Grassroots, Tastemakers and Events Intern, A24 Films

Initial Responsibilities

Assist the Grassroots and Field Marketing Coordinator in all aspects of their job including:

  • Compile, track and blast field and grassroots press breaks, reviews, and reactions appropriate distribution lists. Compile and track tastemaker and grassroots social posts and screenshots/video pulldowns

  • Track all RSVPs for virtual events and in-person events nationally

  • Research and world-building prep for A24 Fall films and TV shows
