POSITION SUMMARY

The Executive Assistant to the CEO is responsible for providing comprehensive support to the CEO, Board of Directors, and Executive Team and managing the organization’s operations. This dynamic position requires the ability to anticipate needs, think critically, and offer solutions to problems with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Provide sophisticated calendar management for CEO. Prioritize inquiries and requests while troubleshooting conflicts; make judgements and recommendations to ensure smooth day-to-day engagements.

  • Act as a liaison and provide support to the Board of Directors. Arrange and handle all logistics for Board meetings and events: schedule meetings; draft agendas; develop, compile, and distribute presentation materials; and record meeting minutes on behalf of Board Secretary. Adhere to compliance with applicable rules and regulations set in bylaws regarding Board matters.

  • Complete a broad variety of administrative tasks that facilitate the CEO’s ability to effectively lead the organization, including: assisting with special projects; designing and producing complex documents, reports, and presentations; collecting and preparing information for meetings with staff and outside parties; composing and preparing correspondence; maintaining contact lists; making travel arrangements; and completing expense and mileage reports.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external constituencies on all matters pertaining to the CEO, including those of a highly confidential or critical nature. Prioritize and determine appropriate course of action, referral, or response, exercising judgement to reflect CEO’s style and organization policy.

We are searching for an Associate Marketing manager with experience in push notifications, in-app messages, SMS and/or email marketing to help support marketing planning for the CBS All Access Retention team. We’re looking for someone who is passionate about media, has strong analytical skills and is interested in working in a dynamic, fast paced environment. This position is charged with executing new strategies to drive engagement with our current subscriber base and lower churn.

The role will support planning and execution of retention campaigns across our mobile marketing channels (push notifications and in-app messages) and organic channels (homepage marquees, pause ads, etc.). To achieve the above goals, this position will work closely with cross-functional teams within CBSi.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Own end-to-end execution of retention and winback campaigns to drive subscriber growth across onsite (homepage marquees, pause ads, unsold commercial inventory) and mobile channels (push notifications and in-app messaged).

  • Assist with the development of campaign planning, including creative briefs, calendar management, and working with cross-functional marketing teams and the creative team to develop assets

  • Lead workflow closely with project managers and other key stakeholders to ensure deliverables will be ready in time for campaign launches

  • Partner with marketing operations for campaign execution including QA-ing of campaigns to ensure perfect deployment

  • Support ongoing testing and segmentation tactics for mobile and onsite channels to ensure continued innovation and optimization for engagement and retention

  • Partner with other marketing channel owners to execute marketing programs for customer retention and winback marketing over onsite and mobile channels

  • Analyze mobile and organic marketing campaign performance and trends. Produce and present reports to understand effectiveness

  • Compile best practices and competitive intelligence within mobile channels and onsite marketing

QUALIFICATIONS:

What you bring to the team:

You have -

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • 1-3 years experience in mobile marketing (push notifications, in-app messages, SMS) or email marketing required

  • Experience tracking and reporting on engagement KPIs for mobile marketing or email marketing campaigns required

  • Understanding of AB/MVT testing

  • Experience within a subscription product preferred, specifically online subscription experience

  • Ability to multi-task and adapt to a challenging, fast-paced environment of multiple priorities

  • Strong critical thinking and analytical capabilities, particularly in customer segmentation

  • Self-motivated and results oriented with a high regard for attention to detail

  • Excellent oral and written communications skills

  • Passion for entertainment and television

  • Experience working in the entertainment industry a plus
