Antonia Baker Joins Color Vision Advisory Board

Color Vision is so thrilled to welcome Antonia Baker to the Advisory Board! Antonia Baker is a multi-faceted creative marketer and brand builder with over 15+ years of experience developing innovative marketing strategies, content, and experiences that builds on brand love. A modern storyteller and award-winning idea architect, she provides a unique and fresh POV to connect brands to culture. 

 Currently, Antonia is the Senior Director of Brand Marketing, Entertainment & Youth Network Group at ViacomCBS. In this role, she serves as a strategic leader and voice focused on driving brand growth and developing marketing strategies and promotional efforts for the E&Y portfolio of brands (MTV, Comedy Central, Paramount Network, Pop TV, VH1, Smithsonian, TV Land, CMT, & Logo). Antonia joined the company in 2018 as the Senior Director of Consumer Marketing for MTV & VH1, where she led marketing campaigns for series and tentpoles such as RuPaul’s Drag Race, The Challenge, Love & Hip-Hop, Wild ’N Out and the VMAs, to name a few.

 Antonia previously held various management roles at Food Network, WE tv and Thomson Reuters, building a diverse background in brand marketing, creative advertising, digital strategy, brand partnerships and experiential.

 A first-generation Jamaican-American, Antonia is passionate about mentorship, specifically committed to empowering the next generation of women of color to be fearless in the corporate world. She is a member of Women in Cable Telecommunications (WICT), National Association for Multi-Ethnicity in Communications (NAMIC) and ColorComm. Antonia holds a B.S. in Marketing from Manhattan College and currently resides in her beloved hometown of New York City.
