Stop growing in isolation.
The membership community for women of color navigating the workplace and building in business. Real mentorship, real opportunities, and a room full of people who actually get it.
A space built for the ones who create everything and get invited to nothing.
Color Vision Insider exists to get you unstuck — whether you're navigating a corporate career that feels like a dead end, or building something of your own from scratch. We're headquartered in the DMV, but we show up for our members everywhere.
This is what showing up looks like.
