Founded in 2018, Color Vision began as a creative community where women could connect, collaborate, and grow. As our community grew, so did our mission. Today, we help women navigate career transitions, strengthen their leadership, build sustainable businesses, expand their networks, and prioritize their well-being.

Color Vision was founded by Mia Davis, a marketing and brand strategist with more than 15 years of experience across media, marketing, events, entrepreneurship, and community impact. Alongside a committed team and advisory board, Mia leads Color Vision's work to create greater access to education, professional relationships, financial resources, and career-changing opportunities for women.
