Color Vision Summer Fellow

Color Vision is seeking dynamic, purpose-driven individuals to join our team as Summer Fellows. This paid fellowship is an exciting opportunity for emerging leaders, recent graduates, or early-career professionals who are passionate about marketing, media, events, and empowering women of color.

As a Summer Fellow, you’ll play a hands-on role in the planning, production, and execution of our signature programs and activations, including the Creators Summit. You’ll work closely with our leadership team and partners to support community engagement, brand strategy, content creation, and event operations.

What You’ll Do:

• Assist in planning and coordinating summer programming and national events

• Support digital marketing efforts, including email campaigns and social media

• Conduct community research and help curate content for our audience

• Collaborate on creative projects with our team and external partners

• Provide logistical and on-site support during Color Vision events

Who You Are:

• A strong communicator and problem-solver with a passion for community

• Interested in marketing, events, creative storytelling, or social impact

• Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple priorities

• Comfortable in fast-paced, collaborative environments

• Committed to uplifting women and communities of color

Details:

• Duration: 8–10 weeks, starting in late June

• Location: Remote, with opportunities for in-person engagement (D.C.-area preferred but not required)

• Stipend provided
