Adidas and Beyoncé are coming together as creative partners on a new business endeavor. The two are joining forces to empower the next generation of creators and provoke positive change. At the end of 2018, Beyoncé became the first women to be the sole owner of an athleisure brand, Ivy Park. This resulted in her cutting ties with former co-owner, Topshop. Adidas has assured her full ownership of Ivy Park in this new business venture.
“This is the partnership of a lifetime for me,” said Beyoncé in a statement. “Adidas has had tremendous success in pushing creative boundaries/ We share a philosophy that puts creativity, growth and social responsibility at the forefront of business. I look forward to re-launching Ivy Park on a truly global scale with a proven, dynamic leader.”
