Starting October 1st, we will meet every Tuesday at 7 p.m. for a guided experience that walks you through what it actually takes to reset your career with intention.

Each week is designed to build on the last, giving you both clarity and execution.

Week 1 is about clarity. What is actually not working and why.
Week 2 focuses on repositioning. You are not starting from scratch, and we will show you how to communicate your value differently.
Week 3 is about visibility. Not just being seen, but being seen strategically.
Week 4 centers on workplace navigation, including advocacy and access.
Week 5 is focused on income, including negotiation and leveling up your earning potential.
Week 6 brings everything together into execution, where you will walk away with a clear and actionable pivot plan.

This is not a motivational program. This is a working session.

You will leave with language, strategy, and a clearer understanding of how to move differently in your career.
