The full-time Director of Growth and Marketing is responsible for formulating and implementing long-term multi-channel growth marketing strategies/ guide the company’s growth trajectory across Blavity, Inc.’s portfolio, and its digital offerings. Through the development of data-driven information, this position effectively grows unique visitors and scales engagement, in addition to strategically developing and carrying out company-wide paid marketing for organic and branded campaigns. This is a highly collaborative position, partnering with key stakeholders across the organization to lead the brand marketing team, optimize traffic-building partnerships, design our influencer strategy and drive organic growth.  

 

The ideal candidate is experienced in leading integrated digital Marketing Teams (agencies or multi brand), creating and executing an audience development strategy, and has been a key stakeholder of product, creative & engineering organizations. Additionally, they have the ability to lead strategic direction, makes data driven decisions, and strategically manages human, financial, and information resources.
