Digital Director of Content
We’re looking for a digital storyteller who has a passion for creating compelling content and managing the different parts of digital communications — from social media to email marketing to web management. The Digital Director will act as the lead strategist for Color Vision
Requirements
We’re keen to find someone who’s:
A digital content enthusiast with approximately 2-3 years’ experience (recent college graduates can apply)
Able to craft integrated campaigns utilizing social media, online advertising, email marketing, and web design
Good at reading digital metrics and using analytics to optimize a campaign
Skilled at managing website content
Plugged into digital trends and the ever-changing digital media landscape (new Fleets, who dis?) while keeping up with platform changes and audience trends.
Expertise in Canva & In Design a plus but not required
Compensation:
This is a contract position.

Senior Creator Product Marketing Manager, Spotify
What You'll Do • Develop playbooks for how to market Spotify for Artists products globally, personalized to regional dynamics around the world. •
Serve as the key liaison for Spotify for Artists product teams and international markets. • Lead thinking and analysis to help us better understand global artists’ needs and the competitive landscape outside the U.S. • Own the go-to-market strategy and ongoing release cadence for flagship products for artists and their teams outside the U.S. from ideation to launch and adoption. •
Develop regional marketing programs & campaigns to drive creator growth and product engagement in partnership with the wider Creator Marketing team. • Own and drive a holistic product and communication strategy for Spotify for Artists outside the U.S. in coordination with the rest of the Creator Product Marketing team. •
Collaborate with our artist & label partnerships, licensing, and markets teams to educate artists and their teams on how to best use the product. •
Coordinate across all cross-functional partners — both internal and external — ensuring feedback is prioritized and ultimately leads to a better product for creators. Who You Are • You have 8+ years experience in product marketing for a media or tech company. •
You love music — and you understand the music ecosystem. In a former life, you’ve been an artist or worked closely with creators. • You’ve worked on global products before and are familiar with translation and localization best practices. •
You have deep experience working with internal partners outside the U.S. • You’ve launched and driven adoption for new products and services, owning and achieving key business metrics. •
You understand the marketing funnel and know how to optimize it at each stage. • You’re a great communicator with experience conveying ideas to end users and engineering teams alike. • You’re collaborative by nature and get energy from building cross-functional teams and bringing people together. • You’re comfortable developing marketing strategies using both quantitative and qualitative insights. • You have strong personal organization and project management abilities.
