Recently Laid Off? Apply to Attend the 2026 Creator’s Summit for Free
A layoff can change your plans overnight.
One minute, you’re moving forward in a career you’ve spent years building. The next, you’re updating your résumé, reaching out to your network and trying to figure out exactly what your next move should be.
At Color Vision, we know that some of the most important career moves happen during seasons of transition.
That’s why this year, we’re making room at the 2026 Creator’s Summit for women who are navigating one right now.
Color Vision is offering a limited number of women who have been laid off within the last 18 months the opportunity to attend the 2026 Creator’s Summit completely free.
Your Next Era Might Look Different
The workplace is changing.
For some women, the next chapter means finding a new position. For others, a layoff becomes the push to change industries, pursue entrepreneurship, build a creative career, develop an additional stream of income or finally explore an idea that has been sitting on the back burner.
There is no single definition of what comes next.
And you don't have to have it figured out before you walk into the room.
The Creator’s Summit was designed for women navigating exactly these kinds of questions.
On September 19, 2026, in Washington, D.C., our community will come together for a full day of conversations, workshops, networking and experiences centered on the future of careers, creativity and entrepreneurship.
Whether you're building a creative career, balancing a 9-to-5 with projects on the side, growing a business or considering a complete career pivot, there will be something in the room for you.
More Than a Conference
We want women to leave the Creator’s Summit with more than inspiration.
Throughout the day, attendees will hear from executives, entrepreneurs, creators, industry leaders and women who have successfully navigated their own career transitions.
This year's programming will explore topics including career pivots, salary and severance negotiation, money, the creator economy, personal branding, entrepreneurship and building a career that evolves with you.
Attendees will also have opportunities to participate in workshops, discover businesses in our marketplace, meet other women across industries and build relationships that can continue long after the Summit ends.
Complimentary admission for selected applicants includes access to the full day of Summit programming, workshops, lunch, marketplace experiences, networking and our closing celebration.
Why We're Doing This
Since 2018, Color Vision has worked to connect women with resources, relationships and opportunities that can move their careers forward.
And access matters even more when you're between opportunities.
Professional conferences and networking events can be incredibly valuable during a career transition, but they can also become one of the first expenses someone eliminates after losing a job.
We don't want cost to be the reason a woman misses a conversation, connection or opportunity that could help her determine what's next.
So we're opening the door.
Who Should Apply?
We encourage you to apply if you are a woman who has experienced a layoff within the last 18 months and you're ready to explore what your next chapter could look like.
You do not need to be a full-time content creator.
You might work in marketing, media, technology, finance, communications, government, education or an entirely different industry. You may be actively job searching. You may be considering entrepreneurship. You may have absolutely no idea what you want to do next.
That's okay.
Come ready to learn, connect and imagine what's possible.
Apply for Complimentary Admission
A limited number of complimentary admissions are available, and an application is required.
If selected, you'll join us for the 2026 Creator’s Summit on Saturday, September 19, 2026, in Washington, D.C.

And if you're reading this and haven't personally experienced a layoff, we hope you'll share this opportunity.
Send it to your former coworker. Your friend who has been job searching. The woman who just announced on LinkedIn that her position was eliminated. The person in your group chat who has been quietly trying to figure out what's next.
Sometimes opportunity begins with simply making sure someone knows the door is open.
Your next era doesn't have to look like your last one.
We'll see you at the Creator’s Summit.
