The Job

The CW Network, LLC seeks a Digital Content Administrator for the Digital department. You will create, prepare, and publish marketing content for The CW Network and CW Seed digital platforms. This role will produce editorial and design work for social media, websites, and apps. We need someone that can develop innovative digital marketing experiences and drive engagement to grow audiences across all social and digital platforms.

The Daily

  • Create social content, including concept creation and copywriting for all assigned shows.

  • Maintain and publish editorial content on digital and social platforms, ensuring the most accurate and timely information and art is being used.

  • Manage content calendar and social presence for assigned shows on social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok, etc.

  • Work collaboratively with internal and external teams to execute creative concepts and marketing strategies.

  • Create and distribute social marketing assets for various departments, partners, and talent.

  • Write episode descriptions and other consumer-facing copy for our apps.

  • Manage and update metadata in our CMS for new shows.

  • Identify new digital marketing trends and apply to current day-to-day execution.

  • Track performance for social engagement; analyze and generate reports for internal distribution to ensure business objectives are being met.

This position is required to work in person at our Burbank office. The CW Network, LLC requires anyone working in our workplaces in the U.S. to be vaccinated against COVID-19. The Essentials

  • Minimum 1-2 years experience working with digital content creation or editorial roles.

  • Previous experience working in a fast-paced entertainment industry environment is preferred.

  • Prior experience in social media and digital marketing. Social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, TikTok and YouTube.

  • BA/BS degree in related field required.
