Summary:

Support VP, Senior Director, Director, and Manager on current series and development productions and studio operational tasks. Responsibilities: -Generate & Facilitate Freelance Agreements, Project Deal Terms, 3rd party contracts, start paperwork and process background checks -

Manage payments and set up for vendors via internal programs FileMaker Pro, Ariba, and SAP -

Facilitate and process weekly production timecards, talent contracts, and payments for department

-Keep up-to-date on high level of correspondence with vendors, creative teams, freelancers and inter-departmentally -

Coordinate all production logistics for voiceover records, internal production shoots, including but not limited to: shoot schedules, call sheets, location agreements, guest releases, travel, contracts, payments, etc. as assigned by Manager, Director, Senior Director or VP. -

Establish and maintain relationships with Programming, Operations, Legal, Standards, Library and 3rd party production partners. -Support prepping finance re-classes and accruals

-Working with Senior Director, show teams, security, building services and HR to coordinate monthly studio events -Supporting Planning & Design of studio space -Attend and take notes in production meetings when necessary -Assist with Production runs when necessary -Reconcile and submit expense reports for production and corporate expenses Qualifications: -BA/BS preferred, or 1 – 2 years of animation production experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Additional Qualifications: -Highly organized, detail-oriented person; ability to manage a large number of tasks concurrently. -Great time management skills and the ability to prioritize and be flexible. -Knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook, familiarity with internet and email. -Knowledge of Shot Grid, FileMaker Pro, Airtable, Photoshop a plus. -Excellent written and verbal communication skills. -Ability to work in high pressure, fast-paced production environment. -Proactive, self-starter. -Capable of keeping sensitive information confidential. ADDITIONAL INFORMATION Hiring Salary Range: $44,200.00 - 49,400.00. The hiring salary range for this position applies to New York City, California, Colorado, Washington state, and most other geographies. Starting pay for the successful applicant depends on a variety of job-related factors, including but not limited to geographic location, market demands, experience, training, and education.
