Position Summary:
The Talent Coordinator will support the CV team in outreach and bookings for celebrity guests and influencers to be a part of CV partnerships and events.
Duties and responsibilities:
Identify, book, and cultivate relationships with newsmakers, influencers, analysts, and experts for Color Vision events and partnerships.
Coordinate and interact with publicists, managers, agents, and talent.
Maintain all communication with talent, managers, agents and publicists.
Submit rundowns of talents impact on events and partnerships..
Supervisory Responsibilities:
None
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree preferred.
Requirements:
3-4 years in talent/guest booking for entertainment talk shows.
Outstanding interpersonal skills, including a consistent demonstration of patience and a sense of humor.
High level of comfort working with all levels of employees.
Exceptional written and verbal communications skills.
Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a collaborative team environment.
Flexibility and the ability to respond quickly to shifting company and team objectives.
Broad knowledge of current events.
Technical Skills:
Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office suite.
Audio Editing knowledge is preferred but not required.
