Color Vision to Honor Jayla Henry, Jodie Taylor, Erin J. Hall, and 4inthe5 at 2026 Color Vision Creators Summit

Annual summit, themed “Next Era,” will convene women shaping the future of work, culture, entrepreneurship, and creative influence
WASHINGTON, D.C. — Color Vision Creates Foundation will honor an exceptional group of creators, leaders, and innovators during the 2026 Color Vision Creators Summit on Saturday, September 19, at the National Housing Center in Washington, D.C.
This year’s publicly announced honorees include Jayla Henry, Jodie Taylor, Erin J. Hall, and 4inthe5, each recognized for the vision, leadership, creativity, and impact they bring to their industries and communities.
Jayla Henry will receive the Creator of the Year Award, presented by Truist. Jodie Taylor will be honored as Trailblazer of the Year. Erin J. Hall, Co-Founder of Pronghorn, will receive the Legacy in Innovation & Impact Award, and 4inthe5 will be recognized as Innovators of the Year.
With “Next Era” as its theme, the 2026 Color Vision Creators Summit will bring together creators, founders, executives, entrepreneurs, marketers, storytellers, and ambitious women for a full day of live conversations, workshops, wellness experiences, networking, and community.
Held during Congressional Black Caucus Week, the independent convening will explore the realities and possibilities shaping women’s careers today, including layoffs, salary negotiation, severance, financial wellness, creative capital, platform ownership, personal branding, and building sustainable businesses and careers on one’s own terms.
“The women we are honoring this year represent the kind of vision and leadership that moves culture forward,” said Mia Davis, Founder and President of Color Vision Creates Foundation. “They are building, creating, leading, and opening doors in ways that will shape what comes next. The Creators Summit is an opportunity to celebrate their contributions while giving women in the room the tools, relationships, and inspiration to step fully into their own next era.”
Featured programming will include conversations on the future of work and the creator economy, Capital One’s “Position Your Pivot” workshop, a fireside conversation with Jodie Taylor moderated by Joi-Marie McKenzie Lewis, a financial reset conversation presented with Truist, and additional workshops led by industry leaders.
Attendees will also have access to wellness and beauty activations, professional headshots, lunch, an open bar, networking, and the For Us, By Us marketplace featuring women-led businesses.
